Quality Management System plays a significant role in every organization, and TECFIRE consistently implements and maintains its processes to make sure that the company complies with standards stipulated in ISO 9001: 2015. TECFIRE continues to address the principles and methods surrounding the design, development, and delivery of its products and services in order to meet clients’ expectation and to make sure that the products that TECFIRE brings to the market are in conformity to their specified safety standards be it fire protection, bullet protection, burglar protection or blast protection.

ISO 9001: 2015 was published in 2015, currently has five editions, and its goal is to specify requirements for a quality management systems (QMS) for organizations who intend to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. As well as, aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.[i]
